Nella seconda fase si proceder\u00e0 all\u2019attivazione di tirocini di inclusione sociale della durata di 24 o 20 mesi. Si intende inoltre, rafforzare la rete dei servizi e progetti territoriali, facilitandone la fruizione e la conoscenza dei cittadini e delle cittadine a rischio di esclusione sociale.
