font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">I destinatari del servizio sono tutte le persone presenti sul territorio distrettuale che, a causa di situazioni improvvise, sono sprovviste di mezzi necessari al soddisfacimento dei bisogni o alla risoluzione di uno stato di emergenza.<br \/>\nIl servizio \u00e8 rivolto ad anziani, minori non accompagnati, disabili, adulti in difficolt\u00e0 sociale e psico-sociale, famiglie, stranieri, persone senza dimora.<br \/>\nIl Pronto Intervento Sociale opera in stretta sinergia con i Servizi Sociali, Servizi Sanitari, Forze dell\u2019Ordine e Polizia Locale, Protezione Civile, Enti del Terzo Settore e del Volontariato, Istituzioni Scolastiche e Parrocchie. <\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td colspan=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', 'Bitstream Charter', Times, serif;\">Descrizione attivit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<td style=\"text-align: justify;\" colspan=\"1\">\n<style type=\"text\/css\"><!--\n@page { margin: 2cm } \t\tp { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; L\u2019UPI \u00e8 composta da assistenti sociali e operatrici ed \u00e8 attiva 7 giorni su 7, a chiusura dei servizi territoriali. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 quello di offrire una risposta immediata alle persone in difficolt\u00e0 e facilitare i processi di orientamento all\u2019interno della rete dell\u2019offerta dei servizi territoriali o i processi di presa in carico da parte del Servizio Sociale Territoriale<br \/>\n\u2022 Unit\u00e0 educative di strada (UDS) che svolgono attivit\u00e0 di monitoraggio e presenza educativa in tutti i territori del distretto con particolare attenzione ai luoghi del divertimento notturno.
